Worship At Compass This Sunday

Adultery, lust and secrets....sex is all around us.  Everywhere we look there is sexual imagery, and it has taken over our culture.  So, what should we do about it?  God called us to "Stand out," right?  Does that mean we should bring back robes and head coverings?  Or is it just time to give in to the culture and accept it?  Everyone's doing it, right?  Find out this weekend, as we hit the 7th commandment.

Women's Connection

Women of all ages are invited to join us on Mondays in July at 7 pm for four weeks of fellowship and inspirational messages from the Women of Faith Joy-Filled Life DVD collection.  This is a free event and will be held at the Goodyear campus.

Compass Slow-Pitch Softball

Any men or women interested in playing adult slow-pitch softball this coming fall in Goodyear should contact Jon Millard at sports@compasschurch.info by July 31st.  The season starts in late August, so please sign up soon so that rosters can be put together early in the month.

40 Days in the Word

Mexico Missions Trip

Our missions team is on their way to serve with our partner church in Toluca, Mexico.  They will spend this next week helping the church do outreach to their local community.  Please pray for our team, our church ministry partners, and for those whom they will be reaching with the gospel.
 

Surprise Campus News 

Compass Surprise Launches Club 56

Club 56 is our Sunday morning experience for 5th and 6th graders.  Club 56 is a place where students can feel like they belong and where their passion for Jesus Christ can explode!  This class will be held during our service at 9:45 am.  This is a great way for 5th and 6th graders to get plugged in, make new friends, have a blast, and learn about Jesus.

Family Fun Night at Compass Surprise - Everyone Invited!

We're having our next Family Fun Night on Saturday, July 21, at Compass Surprise (Rancho Gabriela Elementary.)  If you weren't at our first one, you don't know what you're missing!  We'll have dinner, games, ice cream, giveaways, and more.  And the best part...it's FREE!  It's a great opportunity to check out Compass Surprise and to bring your friends and family!
