Pastor Tim is passionate about helping people understand the grace of God – especially those who have felt far away from him. Through his preaching, leadership, and conversations with skeptics and those who have given up on “religion,” he has made it his life’s purpose to tell as many people as possible the Good News of God’s grace through Jesus Christ.
In addition to being the Lead Pastor of Compass Church, Pastor Tim has traveled to Central America, Asia, and the Middle East, preaching the Gospel to any who will listen. He is also a frequent presenter at training seminars for church planting and leadership across the United States.
Pastor Tim’s real love is being a husband and father. He married the love of his life, Judi, in 1998, and they have three school-age children: Ryan, Cambria, and Madison.

He loves running in his Vibram Five Finger shoes, riding his road bike, going to the gym with Judi, and playing guitar.

Glen and his family came to Compass in October of 2011 after following God from Surprise to Indiana and back in an amazing adventure in ministry over the past three years. The overall atmosphere of a church is a critical part of ministry and worship. It is Glen's passion to maintain, not only the mechanical aspects of the facilities, but also ensure a worshipful atmosphere for those in God's family and especially for those who are looking for God's truth for the first time. If it has to do with creativity, or working with your hands at all...email Glen!
