Learn the benefits of children's yoga and practice poses you can do with your preschooler at home.
All ages welcome! Wear comfy clothes and bring a towel for each of you. Potluck lunch afterward.   Fliers available in all preschool classrooms. Taught by Pat Grimes, Montessori preschool culture class teacher.
