CHILDREN'S MINISTRY
Compass Kids. People needed to serve in both services: Nursery, 2's class, Preschool teachers and assistants, Elementary age teachers and assistants, Registration.  Also need people to do music with the kids on a rotating basis in various age groups. Email compasskids@compasschurch.info.

F.L.I.T. (Future Leader In Training) Program. Middle and High School students who enjoy caring for young children. Students needed to assist adult workers in various Children's Ministry areas.  Training coming up soon.  Email compasskids@compasschurch.info for more information or to sign-up.

BUILDING & GROUNDS MAINTENANCE
Tree/Bush Trimmers .  No experience necessary. No tools necessary. Will train. Time commitment: approximately 6 hours per month if we have 4 team members. More hands will require less time per person. Please contact Lucas Madison by email at grounds@compasschurch.info for details and sign up.

Grass Mowers.  2-3 people to rotate cutting church grass on weekly basis. Time commitment: approximately 2 ½ hours per week. If there are 4 team members, there will be a rotation of once per month.  Training and tools provided (riding mower etc.). Please contact Lucas Madison by email at grounds@compasschurch.info for details and sign up.

SUNDAY MORNING ACTIVITIES
Compass Baptism Ministry. Looking for individuals or couples who would like to help on baptism days.  Requirements are familiarizing yourself with the baptism process so that you can ensure the person being baptized has confidence in the process, introducing yourself to persons being baptized, holding mic for the person baptizing, distributing robes and towels, escorting them to the restrooms by holding the doors open for them and taking the robes home to be washed. If interested please contact lauraw@compasschurch.info or by calling the church office at 623-935-3060.

Greeters. Be responsible to give a friendly smile and warm handshake to everyone coming to Sunday services. Greeters required 30 minutes prior to first and second services on Sunday mornings staying on duty until 10 minutes into each service. Email firsttouch@compasschurch.info.

Usher Team. Serving as a head and/or team usher for designated services. Duties include serving the people attending services by handing out bulletins, seating people, monitor heating/cooling of the auditorium, receive/secure morning offering, distribute communion elements, etc.  Time required: Actual service time plus arriving 30 minutes prior to their service. Also looking for a person to lead the usher team - additional tasks outside of Sunday morning including scheduling in our online tool. Training provided. Email firsttouch@compasschurch.info.

Welcome Team. Additional team members needed to serve at the Welcome Center table in the courtyard on Sunday mornings. Contact Wendy Gilbert at wlgquilt@cox.net if you are interested.

Compass Cafe. On the lookout for more people to serve as part of the Compass Café Team. Contact Laura Willard, Administrative Assistant at the church office, Lauraw@compasschurch.info if you would be willing to serve in one of the following areas:

• Attend to table prior to 1st service
• Attend to tables between 1st and 2nd services and tear down
